Council provides a governing platform through which strategic policies on education institutions and early childhood development can be established keeping in mind the rapid learning and development requirements with the pace of time through which, information can be shared and resources used collaboratively towards the achievement of agreed objectives and priorities.

Chairman Dr. Beg established the council with the vision of smart educational governance model in the year 2016 with its 31 executive members while he was UAE.  The Council is being operated with the participation of top level academicians from around the globe.
